Why is Radio Biafra Important in Our Quest to Free Ourselves from Oppression and Bondage?
A major relic of the colonial era in Nigeria was the use of some draconian statutes to suppress press freedom and freedom of expression basically because of the inherent power of the media of mass communication to serve as effective tool for mass mobilization against the colonialists seen largely as oppressors.
The then colonial masters became jittery when pro-independence campaigners like Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe, Alvan Ikoku, Mbonu Ojike, and Kingsley Mbadiwe, to mention only but a few, began gaining control of the local media in which they used it so well to preach nationalism and to enlighten the people on the essence of self-government.
NOW COMES RADIO BIAFRA – A MEDIUM TO FREE THE PEOPLE OF BIAFRA FROM OPPRESSION AND BONDAGE TO SELF-GOVERNMENT!
He leaves his place of comfort
Traveling around the world to spread the good news of Biafra
He deprived himself of good sleep everyday just to preach the Gospel of Biafra to me and you every 8am and 8pm
He forgone his own happiness just to bring you and I freedom.
How many of us, can do what this annointed man is doing for Biafra?
Long Live Nnamdi Kanu
May Chukwu Okike Abiama keep protecting you!
